We know they like to bump uglies with each other, now move on. Enough with the pebbled nipples and moaning into each other's mouths already. It got to the point where I just wanted to move on with the story and find out who was trying to kill Edith. Like someone faking a snotty British accent to be funny, you know what I mean?īy the end of the book, I was completely over it.Īnd it wasn't the only thing I was over by the time the story was done. His character accents are really good, but his regular 'narrator voice' sounds like a parody of a British snob voice. I recently read and liked Sands' The Wrong Highlander, so I grabbed this one in the hopes of hearing more of the soap opera story with a sexy accent.īuyer beware!
